Begin at the Registrar’s Office – Silliman Hall
(Judith Peck - Assistant Registrar).

Student’s
Advisor must first approve the course. Counter
signature by Registrar is also required.

Grades for cross-registered
courses are treated in the same manner as courses
taken at Union. Three semester credit hour
courses taken at other colleges through cross
registration are equal to one course taken at
Union (3 1/3 credits).

The earliest a student may
register for a class is after pre-scheduling.
Please call for dates. The student must come to
the office in person with a signed registration
form. No signatures are required unless the course
is closed or is a “card” course.

Independent Studies “Senior
Projects or Thesis” and some General Education
Courses are closed to cross-registrants from other
campuses. No other day courses are routinely
closed to cross-registrants.

Transcripts/grades are sent
automatically to the Registrar (or designated
official at the home school).
