1. Home Students

   • Begin at the Academic Services Office, where a procedure sheet, checklist and Hudson Mohawk Association Cross-Registration Form is obtained.

   • Signatures required are those of the student’s advisor, department chairman and the Registrar.

   • Both S/U and P/F grades are accepted for cross-registered courses, as are “D” grades.

2.  Visiting Students

   • Students should begin at the Registrar’s Office.

   • Registration can only take place during the registration period assigned for each semester. Students must register in person.

   • The signature of the Registrar is required.

   • Official transcripts (grades) are sent to the designated official at the home school.

   • No courses are routinely closed to cross-registrants.

3. General

• Contact the Academic Services Office for class schedules and course information. That office is also responsible for the distribution of cross-registration forms.
