1. Home Students

   • Begin at the Office of Student Services.

   •  Signatures required are those of the student’s major advisor and the Registrar.

   • Grades of cross-registered courses are treated in the same manner as though the courses were taken at Sage.

2.  Visiting Students

   • Begin at the Office of Student Services.  Students must present a completed Cross-Registration form signed by the home school advisor and home school registrar.

   • Students must register in-person (either campus) during the first week of the term.

   • Transcripts/Grades are sent to the Registrar (or designated official ) at the home school.  Grades may be given by telephone (or by Fax to a secure fax machine) at the home school if necessary to be followed up with the official transcript.

   • No courses are routinely closed to cross-registrants.

3. General

• The Registrar is responsible for the distribution of the cross-registration form.

• Contact the Office of Student Services on either campus for course schedules.
