College of Saint Rose

1. Home Students

   • Begin at the Student Records Office - Science Hall, Room 203.

   •  Student must obtain signatures from his/her academic advisor.

   • Grades for cross-registration are recorded in the same manner as though the courses were taken at Saint Rose.  S/U and P/F grades are recorded as such.  No quality points are assigned for such grades. Saint Rose accepts “D” grades only when the course is taken on cross-registration.  Courses are accepted for the number of credit hours assigned by the host campus.

2.  Visiting Students

   • Students should begin at the Registrar’s Office, Science Hall - Room 203.  Course information is available at the Registrar’s Office

   • Registration dates for visiting students are listed in the course offering brochure. Visiting students should come to the Registrar’s Office in person.

   • No CSR signature is required by St. Rose unless a course is listed “by permission only”.

   • Transcripts/grades are sent to the Registrar (or other designated official) at the home school.

   • Student teaching at all levels is closed to cross-registrants, as are Art Methods and Music Methods.  Studio Art courses are generally closed to cross-registrants because of demand by St. Rose students.

3. General

• Contact the Registrar’s Office for catalogs and brochures.  Cross-registration forms are distributed by the Registrar.  For further information, contact Ms. Judith Kelly, Registrar.
