1. Home Students

• Begin at the Registrar’s Office, Main Building.

•  Student must obtain signatures from his/her advisor and Registrar.

• Grades for cross-registered courses are treated in the same manner as though the courses were taken at Maria.  Both “P” and “D” grades are accepted.  Credit hours are computed using Maria equivalents.

• Return forms to the Registrar.

2.  Visiting Students

   • Begin at the Registrar’s Office.

   • Student may register up until the third class session.  No pre-registration is allowed.  Students should register in person on final registration day only.

   • The signature of the Registrar is required.

   • Transcripts/grades are sent to the Registrar (or designated official) at home school. Grades may be given by telephone to an authorized person at the home school if necessary.

   • All Clinical and Nursing courses are closed to cross-registrants.

3. General

• The Registrar’s Office is responsible for distributing the cross registration forms, and should be contacted for catalogs, class schedules and information.
